Submission of papers
Prospective Authors of papers are invited to submit an indicative abstract of 1 page (free format) followed upon acceptance by a paper (from 5 to 6 pages in standard IEEE two-column format) through the paper submission system.
Each paper will be reviewed by considering originality, relevance with respect to the scope of the conference, quality of the technical contents, language, structure, and writing style.
Submission of papers implies intention to register and present in person the related content at the conference.
The final manuscript must be accompanied by a registration form and a full registration fee payment proof. The accepted papers presented at the Conference will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
The top 20% papers of SEST 2024 proceedings will be eligible for further review to be published in the IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications.
The top 50% papers of SEST 2024 proceedings will be eligible for further review to be published in the journal Sustainable Energy, Grids and Networks (SEGAN), Elsevier, provided that their content is in the scope of SEGAN.
