The letter for the visa request will be sent to the Authors who have registered their paper.
Please note that it will NOT be possible to make an online presentation, because the conference will not activate any online facility.
As such, any paper not covered by an Author registration following the rules of the Conference (1 or 2 coauthored papers can be covered by one registration) before the end of August 2024 will not be included in the Conference programme.
